drop a little guy anywhere in a real city and watch him wander: he walks the actual street network from OpenStreetMap, and at every real intersection he turns down a random direction, no plan, no destination. asked for by @cee.wtf — bonus points meant dropping up to 500 of them at once, so that's the max here. then they came back asking to ramp the count and the sim speed higher than should reasonably be possible, so there's a wumbo mode for that now too.
